She facilitates tender capture and content planning workshops, covering client aims, risks/mitigation and gap analysis to create a dashboard for the proposed Tender with win strategies, themes and unique selling points. Julie has experience in writing Requests For Tenders (RFT’s) and evaluating Tenders for Local Authority projects. So, she knows what to look for in a winning submission. If you need to do a presentation to the client, then Julie can also help you with your teams presentation skills training and content, to make sure you get your winning message across.

Giving women the confidence to be successful
Julie empowers women in the corporate world. “Set your Goals and Succeed” is where Julie conducts workshops and presents on Confidence, Networking, Goal setting and Leadership for women to be successful in their careers. Julie has worked in a male dominated environment for over 30 years and has learnt to create her own Toolbox of strategies. Julie will share these strategies, to help women find their confidence, make their own rules and most importantly believe in themselves.
Learn some lessons that allow YOU to compete in the real world, all based on the skills Julie has had to master on her journey. Julie also offers coaching Masterclasses for small groups up to 8 women and one-on-one coaching.
Power Networking and Leadership
Networking, love it or hate it? Either way you need to be confident and effective to be successful. Julie runs Business Leadership workshops for corporate companies and employees, where she covers power networking, work strategies, communication, resilience, problem solving and conflict.
